General ambience was good, all rooms were on the large size - apartments. Buffet breakfast was actually good. Slightly expensive, probably due to exchange rates rather than hotel costings.
only one member of staff, attending the bar, restaurant, rooms and reception. He worked well, but it meant that everyone had to wait.

Not a lot, the downstairs was very smart, the room a bit shabby and the breakfast appalling with stale bread.

Fair breakfast, good coffee.
Unusual hotel with partly very dated and partly almost psychedelic decor. Only suitable for (business) trips if nothing else is around. On a very busy main road. Helpful receptionist when the tv did not seem to work. Very bad wifi connection from my room. Worst however was the twin bed. It had riggid beams under the matrass, which made it extremely hard and uncomfortable. It was impossible to get any decent sleep. When I told the reception about it, no reaction or appologies were offered. After 3 days my back is still in pain. Very bad value for money.

The breakfast was superb. We were just passing through and for that it was fine.
The telephone number on the website did not work. The triple room was quite cramped for space and there was a kitchenette in the room but no tea or coffee making facility.

The breakfast had local foodstuffs that we had not tried before in Australia which was excellent.
Location was somewhat out of Bruge city, therefore had to drive not walk into city
